PuRe Space 朴乐空间 @ Klang

There's a cozy and relaxing little corner in the bustling city- Klang.  PuRe Space is located in one of the residential area in Klang, though it's quite outskirt but it is growing in popularity, you can easily access to the place via Waze. 朴乐 in defined as simple and fun. I begin to get to know this place in Facebook and the name of the place impressed me a lot, it sounds so pleasant😇 PuRe Space comprise of PuRe taste kitchen and lodging inn, where people can also host event here like wedding, birthday party, workshops, etc. This is the compilation of events throughout January. It was actually a corner house with plenty of parking space. I was deeply in love with the interior design to the extent once I step into the place I start photographing everywhere. I'm not being exaggerating, but every corner in PuRe Space was simply photogenic!😍 They are selling some hand made merchandise, books, calendars, mainly to promote Chinese culture.

Probiotic Supplement- do you really need it?

Probiotic is a type of 'good' bacteria which helps in digestion and protects your body from 'bad' bacteria.  Prebiotic is non-digestible carbohydrate which acts as nutrient for probiotic to survive.  Probiotic and prebiotic are a combination which benefit each other. For example, fermented dairy products, such as yogurt and kefir, contain live bacteria (probiotic) and the fuel (prebiotic: lactose, fruits) they need to thrive. There are many types of bacteria which are classified as probiotics, but majority strains are originated from two groups: 1. Lactobacillus:  This is the most common probiotic which can be found in yogurt and other fermented foods. Different strains can help with diarrhea and may help with people who can't digest lactose (milk sugar). 2. Bifidobacterium: Can be found  in some dairy products. City Garden Veggie Cafe @ Kepong

City Garden Veggie Cafe located in Taman Usahawan, Kepong (shop lots opposite AEON Kepong). They serve a wide variety of menu selection, including local and western delicacies, snacks, and even steamboat set. This is not the first time I dine in City Garden Veggie Cafe. I would drop by here to have lunch/dinner almost all the time when I go to Kepong. I personally think this is one of the best (in term of foods and environment) and affordable vegetarian cafe in Kepong. Their specialty is the '2 TASTE IN A BOWL'. In case you're having dilemma on whether to order curry noodle or tomyam noodle, opt for this so you could have both together😍 Their western burgers are also worth recommending, each of them were distinctive and you'll wish to order all of them👍 Soup Noodles with Dried Noodles (RM10.90) Both of them taste just okay, nothing outstanding😅 Among all 2 TASTE IN A BOWL, I would rather recommend the 'Curry Noodles

AENON The Health Kitchen @ Cheras

AENON The Health Kitchen is located in the neighborhood of Taman Miharja, Cheras. It's within the walking distance from Viva Home mall and Sunway Velocity mall. AENON The Health Kitchen is dedicated to serve mainly on wholesome and healthy dishes with less salt, less oil and no deep fried dishes. I was expecting the foods to taste light and dull, but I ended up proving myself wrong😅 Claypot Mushroom Rice (RM12.90) It's a combination of brown rice, ginger, wild mushroom, bean curd slices and lettuce, with an addition of seaweed soup. The portion is big enough to satisfy one's stomach, at the same time provides balanced nutrients like protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates. Highly recommended👍👍👍 Millet Dumpling (RM7.90) Millet is a sort of healthy grain as an alternative of white rice. This was my first try on vegan millet dumpling, and it tastes surprisingly great!! They've added generous amount of mushroom and chestnut, so the taste was
