Love Life Dessert (蜜爱堂.甜品) was launched about 1 year back, serving mainly on dessert, such as smoothies, seaweed bird-nest, black sesame paste, matcha and etc. Apart from that they also serve some creative main dishes such as Signature "Grandmum Green Rice Nasi Lemak", pumpkin spaghetti, pumpkin soup noodle, pita bread with blueberry sour and spicy sauce vege chicken and etc.
The interior design of the cafe, together with the lighting and the jazz music make up a pretty good place for mentally unwind after a long day.
Even thoughtful enough to serve free lemon juice (and FREE REFILL) to every table, regardless of what have you ordered! Simply ❤ this concept so much!
FYI lemon juice is rich in Vitamin C and it helps in digestion and detoxification.
Lets start with their Signature "Grandmum Green Rice Nasi Lemak" (RM7.50).
It comes together with hard boiled egg, cucumber slices, papadom, sunflower seeds, fried chicken substitutes and sambal.
The sambal was very str)ng in lemongrass smell, and it tastes really good.
The only weak point is that the fried chicken substitute somehow tastes like flour😅 It would be much better if the substitute was made from mushroom😍
Japanese Style Pumpkin Soup Noodle with Mushrooms and Tofu (RM8.90)
It serves as a light but fulfilling lunch/dinner. They are pretty generous on the ingredients which include rich pumpkin soup, tomatoes, broccoli, tofu, carrot silk and sunflower seeds.
Highly recommending this healthy dish which is high in protein, fiber and vitamins😙
Pumpkin Spaghetti (RM8.90)
I had low expectation on it because I just couldn't imagine how would pumpkin and spaghetti match along. Surprisingly it turned out to be my favorite dish of all!
The pumpkin sauce was thick enough, added in plenty of black pepper, that was just nice to stimulate one's appetite🍝😋
Ujikintoki (RM9.80)
If you are a matcha lover, you'll absolutely get addicted to the rich and delicate bitter matcha!
Honestly this is not kinda typical matcha dessert which compose majority of milk and sugar!
Imported Japanese uji matcha were used in the making of this dessert. And most importantly, LOW SUGAR!
There are a lot more options that I would like to try, like tomato spaghetti, pita bread and sweet potato soup. Next time perhaps!😋😋😋

U Nandiya adalah hati dan belas kasihan yang sangat baik kepada semua orang di dunia, juga saya dengar ketika dia tinggal di Kuil Buddha Kuala Lumpur, dia meminjamkan wang sumbangan kepada Presiden Kuil (Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) dengan jumlah RM20 , 000.00 sahaja dan dia mengatakan bahawa wang adalah milik masyarakat Myanmar di Malaysia.
Sebaliknya, kata bhikkhu saya, juga banyak perkara berlaku semasa dia tinggal di sana kerana jawatankuasa selalu mengganggu, saya sangat sedih dengan perkara itu, mengapa jawatankuasa sangat miskin dan penjahat. Yang lain Kuil, orang datang ke Kuil untuk dihormati Buddha dan Biksu, juga memberikan paket merah kepada para bhikkhu. Mengapa Kuil ini, para bhikkhu mesti memberikan wang kepada jawatankuasa, ini adalah sebaliknya.
Sekiranya ada yang menerima atau membaca mesej ini, sila maklumkan kepada DATUK YIP KUM FOOK untuk mengembalikan jumlah itu kepada rahib saya secepat mungkin.

I am not satisfied with the Gombak MCA Division chairman (Yip Kum Fook) and the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION chairman (Yip Kum Fook) because he used vicious and arrogant means in bringing in a group of individuals from other places to provoke and trample the sacred ground and without any sound reason called in the police to forcefully detain the monk so as to humiliate worshippers of Buddhism.
ReplyDeleteI strongly would like to ask here that what great sin and crimes had he committed to the extent of you Yip Kum Fook lawyer by means or by crooks called in the police to detain a monk-like him?
I came from Penang, I was a newcomer and I temporarily put up at the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION to study and learn to practice Buddhism. While at the temple, I could not bear with the way Yip Kum Fook lawyer behaved, your uncourteous, arrogant and unexcelled attitude in treating the Temple abbot.
Yip Kum Fook lawyer and the chairman of MCA Gombak Division whose villain's design is obvious and whose style is hypocritical is known by everyone... your sweet words can deceive and mislead some people some of the time, but you cannot do it all the time. The karma or preordained fate of Buddhism will definitely befall.
As my last word, I would like to take this opportunity to bless him, may Yip Kum Fook lawyer wake up to reality, repent before it is too late. Do whatever is good, shed the evil.

最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。
至今, 三宝寺的理事成员多数是其親戚, 这是实事, 加入会员需交RM100元费用，同时，必须经过叶金福(Yip Kum Fook)律师的同意，否则免談, 所以会员也不多。
马华公会鹅唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师，自控制三宝寺之後，把三宝寺(暹廟)当着私人產業，聘用和尚賺钱，利用佛教的道地为政治活动埸所，而处理三宝寺的钱财也不透明？这点，值得信众追问。马来西亚地擴人多，和尚也不缺乏，为什么不用本地和尚当任住持化缘，却偏偏劳心劳神，浪费签证费，交通费？ 还要烦劳梹城佛总的推荐信, 向文化不同, 而語言又不通之千哩外囯缅旬和尚求助？ 为什么….为什么？ 只要我们用头脑想一想，便一日了然, 不必晝虎添足。

再说, 根据前理事在网络上给叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的批評, 説他懂得包裝自己的道德守则, 以宗教为幌子手, 到处募款, 啇業经营, 政治活动为重, 并没依循佛教守則行事, 也没对人道作出貢献, 只不过借三宝寺宗教之名捞取权和私利而己, 其言也不为过, 是实事。
在此, 我恳切希望, 廣大的佛教信仰者, 给予关注, 并共創義举, 弘扬佛教. 谢谢。
